Renta extended their product teams with a Finnish‑Polish, cross‑functional squad embedded in day‑to‑day delivery.
Our engineers joined both customer‑facing and back‑office streams under Renta’s product owners. The lineup flexed over time across Frontend (React/Angular), Backend (.NET/Node.js), QA (Cypress), Cloud/DevOps, and Design.
We adopted Renta’s rituals and standards - shared backlog, branch strategy, code reviews, and security checks - while building internal playbooks, pairing routines, and knowledge‑transfer sessions.
