Efecte is the European alternative in Service Management. The use cases for Efecte's solutions range from IT service management (ITSM) and ticketing to improving employee experiences, business workflows, and customer service.
Problem
Efecte’s Self-Service portal is used by many enterprise tenants with different processes. Over time, key journeys like ticket creation, search, and approvals felt inconsistent and occasionally slow. Consultants also needed smoother tools for tenant configuration, and a major German customer required performance validation without risking production.
Approach
We focused on the everyday journeys first. Together with Efecte we aligned shared UI patterns, trimmed slow paths, and tightened API interactions. We introduced small, reliable tools that reduce manual steps for consultants and kept a lightweight marketing tool separate from the core product. For the German customer, we designed safe, production-like load tests and turned findings into targeted fixes.

What we delivered

We standardised UI patterns in Self-Service, removed avoidable round trips, and tuned high-traffic endpoints. Consultants gained small utilities that make configuration safer and faster. A lightweight marketing tool was built as a separate piece so campaigns could move quickly without touching the core product.
For the German customer, we ran realistic, safe load tests and used the data to address a handful of hot paths before re-testing.
